New Construction in Core & Shell – Colorado Springs, Colorado Built a complete restaurant interior within a core and shell space, transforming it into a functional and vibrant location for L&L Hawaiian BBQ.

Baskin Robbins

New Store / Tenant Improvement – Colorado Springs, Colorado Completed interior buildout and finishes for a new Baskin Robbins location, delivering a vibrant and inviting space aligned with brand standards for a national chain.

U.S. Beef – Arby’s Store

Exterior Remodel, Kitchen & Dining Renovation – Liberal, Kansas Extensive renovation completed while maintaining operations. Upgraded kitchen, dining area, and exterior façade to enhance customer experience without interrupting daily business.
